Please read these terms carefully before using the in7.ba platform. By accessing or using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the in7.ba platform — as a visitor, registered user, business profile or agent — you accept these terms of use in full. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. User accounts and responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for the accuracy of data provided, password security and all activities carried out through their account. Sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited. in7.ba reserves the right to suspend accounts in the event of a terms violation or suspected abuse.

3. Business and agent profiles

Registering a business or agent profile requires email verification, selection of a subscription plan and administrative approval. The user undertakes to publish only accurate and up-to-date information about their business, services and prices.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscription plans are charged according to the published price list. Payment is made in advance for the selected period. in7.ba does not charge commission on client transactions — the only revenue is the subscription fee. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your account remains active until that date. Refunds for unused periods are not automatic but are considered in the case of technical issues on our end. The 14-day trial period requires no payment and can be ended without any charges.

6. Content and listings

All content you publish on in7.ba — business descriptions, images, services, prices — must be accurate, current and lawful. The following are prohibited: false or misleading information, infringement of third-party intellectual property, offensive or discriminatory content, and any content prohibited under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. in7.ba reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The design, code and content of the in7.ba platform are protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing or distributing any part of the platform without prior written permission is prohibited. Content published by users (texts, images, descriptions) remains the user's property — in7.ba has the right to display that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

in7.ba is a platform that acts as an intermediary for presenting information and does not guarantee the completion of every listing, reservation or business arrangement. The platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. in7.ba is not liable for: indirect losses or lost profits, service interruptions due to force majeure or external factors, errors in user-published content, or the conduct or actions of platform users.

9. Governing law

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising in connection with use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sarajevo. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Contact and changes to terms

in7.ba may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via the email address registered on the account or through a platform notification.
